Hill Farmstead Releasing Twilight of the Idols, Bourbon Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup & New Cans

For this upcoming Thanksgiving week, we have a few updates and releases:

Retail Hours
We will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 22, but we are open 12-5 p.m., on Weds., Nov. 21; Friday, Nov. 23; and Saturday, Nov. 24.

Twilight of the Idols
Our winter porter, brewed each autumn with a touch of coffee and cinnamon, and conditioned on vanilla beans. Originally conceived with a friend in 2009 while brewing in Denmark, the name of this beer is inspired by the title of one of the last texts written by one of our philosophical idols, Friedrich Nietzsche.

Bourbon Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup
We fill bourbon barrels from our favorite distilleries with Grade A Amber maple syrup from friends at Peck Family Farm in East Montpelier, Vt. The syrup is aged several months and then packaged in a resealable container.

New Cans
We will have fresh cans of Society & Solitude #6 as well as a new release of Of First and Last Things.
