Evil Twin Adding 120 Days Dry Aged Stout

We brought you 60 Days and 90 Days already, and now we have more.  Coming to us from Evil Twin, today we have 120 Days Dry Aged Stout and it will be an imperial stout brewed with dry-aged malt.  The beer will tip in at 17.5%-AbV and it will be packaged in 16oz cans at Westbrook Brewing in Mount Pleasant, SC.  Stay tuned for release info.

  1. What is dry aged malt, and what does it add to a beer's taste and/or body? I can't find any info anywhere about this.
