Bruery Terreux Working On Bourgogne Noir 2017

Bruery Terreux Working On Bourgogne Noir 2017

This morning we bring you a new beer coming to bottles from Bruery Terreux.  This is Bourgogne Noir 2017 and it will be an ale with Pinot Noir grape must that is aged in French oak puncheons.  The beer was “natively co-fermented with de-stemmed Pinot Noir grapes from Santa Barbara County and whole cluster Pinot Noir grapes from San Luis Obispo County.”  Look for this beer to hit 14.1%-AbV and you’re looking at the 750ml bottle.
