Toro // Raw Ale
"An ode to the Pride of Baltimore"

Toro! Fun to say outloud. Seriously, try it. But in the most serious way, Toro is our way to pay tribute to the Norwegian tanker ship who saved several  crew members from the Pride of Baltimore sinking 240 miles north of Puerto Rico on May 14th, 1986. Brewed carefully to traditional Norwegian style. Foraged juniper branches were added to the brew to produce distinct aromatics. This beer is not boiled, and thus carries a protein rich body providing pronounced malt flavors and sweetness. Fermented with a Kveik yeast strain which contributes funky esters and flavors. 10oz. pours and crowlers | 6.5%

Rod Riguez // Rooibos Pale Ale
"Chasing Sugar Man"

Pale ale brewed with South African Rooibos Tea. The herbal tea was added both to the boil and as a cold-steeped concentrate in secondary. Rooibos adds a level of sweet fruit flavor while retaining the floral/earthy qualities typical of herbal tea. Perfectly layered together with light additions of Australian hops. Available by the glass and in crowlers to go | 5.3%

Opto // Pilsner
"to desire, wish for, want, "

Diamondback's first ever pilsner and Charlie Protzman's favorite beer. Opto is an Unfiltered German-style pilsner brewed with pilsner malt and one of our favorite new-age German hops. Fermented with our house lager yeast and cold conditioned for over 9 weeks. Available by the glass and crowlers to go. | 4.9%
