Great Divide Collaborates With DJ and Producer GRiZ On 2nd BeerFrom Great Divide:

For the second year in a row, Great Divide Brewing is creating a beer with chart-topping musician GRiZ. This year, Chasing The Golden Hour will be available for purchase at GRiZ’s sold-out shows at Red Rocks on July 13th and July 14th for the first time.

“We were blown away by the enthusiasm for this collaboration last year,” said Shannon Berner, Marketing Director at Great Divide Brewing Co., “It really highlighted how strong the connection is in the creativity behind craft beer and music. Griz fans continue to ask for the beer at our bars, so we’re excited to bring it back.” Along with his own weed strain, this collaboration with Great Divide is yet another unique avenue for GRiZ fans to experience his music and creativity.

The beer recipe will stay the same but the limited edition Crowler artwork has been updated giving fans an opportunity to start their Chasing the Golden Hour crowler collection.

At 7.3 percent ABV, Chasing the Golden Hour has copious amounts of fresh peaches that accentuate the fruity notes from Great Divide’s four yeast saison blend. While the fresh peach character is huge, the complexity of the saison provides a solid backbone and the beer finishes with the dryness you would expect from a traditional farmhouse ale. This saison is complex yet refreshing and perfect for Chasing The Golden Hour.

In addition to Red Rocks, the beer will be sold at the Gothic Theater and Larimer Lounge as well as the Ogden Theater, where GRiZ will perform a live rehearsal on July 12th. It will also be available on draft and to-go in custom crowlers at both Great Divide tap rooms starting Wednesday, July 11th.
