This morning we get our very first peek at Blender Project 007 from New Belgium Brewing in Fort Collins, CO. This is Paonia Peach and it is a foeder-aged (foeder # 20) dark sour ale refermented on Colorado peaches for 3-months. The beer hits 7%-AbV and this is the 750ml bottle.
