Here’s your first peek at a new bottle coming soon from Westbrook Brewing in Mt. Pleasant, SC. This is Fruit Wood Time Black Raspberry and it is a blend of 33% dry Sherry cask matured mixed-fermentation saison and 67% oak foudre aged sour beer. The resulting beer was refermented with black raspberries for 3-months in second-use Marsala puncheons. The beer hits 5.7%-AbV and it will be packaged in 16.7oz bottles and kegs.
