Big Boss Releasing Hipnotized Gose & Flying Solo IPA

Big Boss Releasing Hipnotized Gose & Flying Solo IPAFrom Big Boss Brewing:

Raleigh, NC  – The brewing staff at Big Boss celebrate American Craft Beer Week offering two draft only beers in May.

HIPNOTIZED GOSE
From Greg Winget, our brewing innovation specialist, we introduce HIPNOTIZED GOSE.  Fruity, floral, spicy and sour, this pink Gose is brewed with rose hips, hibiscus flowers, pink peppercorns, pink sea salt and coriander.  Greg first brewed this 4.5% ABV beer earlier this year on our ten gallon pilot system. “We had a great reception to this one in the tap room and we are glad to bring this beer to more people with a larger batch” says Big Boss owner Geoff Lamb.

FLYING SOLO IPA
Head brewer Bobby McInerny is revisiting a “SOLO” hopped New England Style IPA he first created and brewed a year ago.  FLYING SOLO is a hazy, double dry hopped IPA featuring a high alpha hop called Comet from Yakima Valley…. or was it Cloud City? We will welcome the return of this scoundrel to our taproom and a cantina near you. 6.5%
