This is Bee-33 from Short Fuse Brewing in Schiller Park, IL.  This triple IPA is brewed with honey triple dry-hopped with El Dorado, Mosaic and Amarillo hops.  The beer will fly in at 11%-AbV and this looks to be a 12oz bottle.
