Today we have two new collaborations coming from Modern Times Beer. This is Wizards & Graf Chapter Two and it is a collaboration with Shacksbury Cider in Vermont. This is the second installment in the series and it is a saison / apple (Basque cider varieties Petritegi Sagardoa, Spain & culinary apples Sunrise Orchards, VT) blend that is fermented with wild cultures from the Shacksbury orchards. The beer is then age din clay amphora and French oak and bottle conditioned for months. We also have Wizard & Graf Chapter Two With Cherries and it has Montmorency cherries added to the aging process. Both beers will hit 6.4%-AbV and both will be packaged in 750ml bottles (and 50oz bottles below). Stay tuned for release info.
