Dessert Stout Series Release #2
With a tried and true Russian Imperial Stout as our foundation, our second entry in our Imperial Stout Dessert Series is ‘Cinnamon, Raisin, Vanilla’. The addition of cinnamon and vanilla accentuate the inherent flavors of this stout’s malt profile, and the earthy yet sweet stone fruit notes of raisin come through adding complexity to the finish.
Sour Series Release #2
The second entry to our Sour Series is ‘Sour Me Cherry Blossom.’ The spring blooms of cherry blossoms in Maryland are a highlight of the season every year. To pay homage we've drawn inspiration from a cherry blossom cocktail which leverages sweet and tart cherry juices, tart pink grapefruit juice, and citrusy yuzu fruit juice.
Double IPA Series Release #5
If you love the citrus fruit flavor profiles hops can offer, this brew is for you. By adding Mosaic and Citra hops as late as possible to the boil, this beer becomes extremely juicy and vibrant. Its full-bodied mouthfeel helps to round out the citrus characteristics even further, creating a decidedly northeastern style Double IPA.
