Avery Brewing Go Play IPA Cans In May

We brought you news of this beer, and now I’m excited to give you your first peek at the full packaging. This is Go Play IPA from Avery Brewing in Boulder, CO and it is an “activated IPA” (electrolytes added) brewed with Vic Secret, Idaho 7 and Simcoe hops. This beer will hit 5.5%-AbV and it will be released year-round in 12oz cans in May and it will also see activity in 12-packs.

The first new addition will be Go Play IPA, a thirst-quenching IPA with electrolytes added. This addition to the core line-up will be available late this spring in 12-ounce, 6-pack cans.

what is an activated IPA? Is that like bottle conditioned. Big fan of Avery but their pricing is way out of touch with the norm.
