We've dubbed this collaboration with our friends at Civil Society Brewing a Rosé IPA, brewed with Citra, Experimental Hop 9326, Huell Melon hops, with grenache grape must, dragon fruit, guava, & hibiscus. The glorious result is a fruity, rosy enigma that will lift your tastebuds to dizzying new heights. Pinkies up.

BEASTMASTER
We loaded this decadent dessert stout with generous quantities of coconut & coffee, and what resulted was something truly marvelous. With huge notes of chocolate, a beautiful roast character from the coffee, and what is perhaps the most expressive coconut profile we’ve ever produced, this thing is pretty much a coconut candy bar in liquid form. Prepare your faces for imminent meltification.

WIZARD + GRAF CHAPTER 2
The second installment in our Wizard + Graf series is a collaboration with the lovely humans at Shacksbury Cider in Vermont. We started with a blend of saison & apples sourced from the Basque Country & Vermont. We then fermented the blend with our house microflora, as well as wild cultures collected from the Shacksbury orchards. Aged in a clay amphora & French oak barrels before months of bottle-conditioning, the resulting beer is tart, complex, & funky, with an intriguing & distinctive minerality derived from its time in the amphora. This was not an easy beer to make, but we are extremely glad we did.

DELECTABLE MOUNTAINS
We set aside a batch of our red wine barrel-aged sour blond and stuffed it with kumquats. After months of mingling in the barrel, the resulting beer is singularly glorious. The aroma is bursting with citrus, rose, and pineapple. On the palate, this beer is explosively flavorful while remaining remarkably balanced. It's a massive pain in the ass to make—especially cutting up all those kumquats—so we really hope you dig it.

PALACE OF PAPER SACKS

Regarding the canned special release Stencil Crew DIPA:
- While the rest of the sale has the standard 2-month pick-up window (ending 4/24/2018 for San Diego, Los Angeles, & Portland), the pick-up window for Stencil Crew is 30 days only. That means that the last day to pick these up is on 3/29/2018 for San Diego, Los Angeles, & Portland. No exceptions.
