American Solera Releasing Bière de Picpoul & Bière De Zinfandel 2/10From American Solera:

We’ll be releasing bottles of our two Collaborations with Field Recordings.
Bière De Picpoul
7% 375ml 170 cases produced
Bière De Zinfandel
10% 375ml 160 cases produced
Both beers were produced as a result of the most epic of road trips. Andrew And his crew harvested a ton of both grapes and then loaded them up and drove straight from the central coast of California to our brewery. We then blended both with some of our favorite oak aged beer for refermentation. The results are truly unique and blur the line between wine and beer.
