From Troegs:
We just love getting our hands on a new hop variety. It was last fall, out at hop selection in the Pacific Northwest, when we first encountered experimental hop No. 06297 (too new to even have a name). Its juicy orange and tangerine aroma got our attention. Scratch #310 is all about highlighting those “orangerine” notes, with Simcoe added to coax out more citrus and vanilla flavors and Demerara sugar for a touch of caramel sweetness. Draft and growler fill available now at the brewery.
Scratch Witbier is born at the crossroads of malted wheat and coriander, then driven in new directions by a bounty of orange peel, lemon peel, and dried spices. Tag along for a soft floral aroma, spirited citrus notes and a pop of pink peppercorn. Draft and growler fills now available at the brewery and coming soon to our Spring Anthology sampler.
