Tractor Trailer Loaded w/Firestone Walker Beer Crashes In Salinas, CA

Some sad beer news coming this evening from SFGate:

A big rig truck carrying "dozens of cases" of bottled beer from Firestone Walker Brewing Company in Paso Robles took a literal spill Wednesday morning when it crashed on the shoulder of the road.

There were no injuries, other than the beer, which is still tragic.

The truck was in the right lane headed north on Highway 101 near Market Street in Salinas when a merging car, a 2002 Toyota Corolla, reportedly forced it off the freeway.

The driver then lost control of the truck, and it overturned, causing boxes carrying bottles of what appear to be Luponic Distortion and Union Jack IPA to take a spill all over the freeway.
