From Gigantic Brewing:
January 2nd - We call End of Reason, our new Seasonal Specialty Ale, a "Petite Quad" because it has all the flavor of a Belgian Monastery's Quad but thanks to Gigantic-American brewing techniques has less alcohol than those godly Belgian beers. [OK we missed out promoting this one, but End of Reason is still on draft and in bottles. Sincere apologies]
January 9 - Scrilla is a new funkscrillaboogiemonster of a beer, modeled after the original pale ales, but boosted to soaring new heights with citrusy hops and golden naked oats. Hopped for interplanetary aroma and flavor, leaving all the bitterness behind.
January 16th - We are releasing a limited amount of Mons Meg Scotch Alefrom the Gigantic Flavor Vault. As powerful as its namesake medieval cannon, Mons Meg is brewed with rich Scottish Golden Promise malt. In true Highland fashion, we fire the kettles early for increased caramelization and depth of flavor. Aged to perfection in our cellar at Gigantic. Bring your own Haggis.
January 23 - Pipewrench Gin Barrel Aged IPA is perhaps our best reviewed and most award winning beer. Each batch is aged 3 months in "Old Tom" Gin Barrels from Oregon's Ransom Distillery. "Pipewrench Cask Strength" is a celebration of the this quarters' new batch of Pipewrench - aged in barrels, served from a cask. A new standard of freshness in pin to pint drinking.
January 30 - Mystery Cloud is our next "Hazy IPA". Our super juicy, soft and fluffy IPA is loaded with Citra, Simcoe and Crystal hops creating citrusy, tropical, and dank deliciousness. Haze it and they will come!
