BrewDog Announces Equity For Punks European Collaborations

BrewDog Announces Equity For Punks European CollaborationsFrom BrewDog:

We love the fact that beer-fans from all corners of Europe have joined our community and invested in Equity for Punks V – it proves that when it comes to craft beer borders mean nothing when everyone shares the same passion. And for more proof, just take our #PunkAGM when we welcome our European army to Aberdeen in ever-greater numbers. You guys rock.

So we figured as Equity for Punks V is seeing even more investment from across Europe than ever before, and with the deadline to invest having been extended until October 15th 2018, we would do a couple of extra-special things for our BrewDog Equity Punks across Europe.

First up, to celebrate hitting the 70,000 mark in our number of global investors we are pledging that if Equity Punks from the same country raise more than £500,000 in our latest raise, we will endeavour to open a BrewDog bar there! And if those newly-assembled Equity Punks invest over £1.5 million, then we will get to work planning an epic BrewDog BrewPub in that country, brewing super-fresh craft beer on site for our army of investors. How does that sound?

Also, the top 5 referrers in Equity for Punks V from each of Ireland, Austria, Germany, Finland, France, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Sweden and Norway will receive a year’s free subscription to Abstrakt Addicts – our beer club featuring 3 bottles of 4 artisanal, specialist beers shipped right to your door!

As well as that we are planning something else – this year we are rocking a series of TEN collaborations with leading European craft breweries, each from a different country. The teams from these breweries will head to Ellon as the year goes on, joining forces with us on a beer of their choice. But we would also love for an Equity Punk from that country to join in.

So we are throwing these epic collaborations open – one Equity Punk will have an all-expenses paid trip from their home to ours, and help out on the brewday with the brewery from their country.

European Equity Punks – these are the breweries we have dialled in. If you live in any of these countries and want to join that brewery in Ellon on a brewday you’ll never forget, head to the Equity Punks forum and simply tell us why you wanna get involved. We’ll pick a Very Important Punk and will take care of the rest! How incredible is that?

  • Ireland - Yellow Belly
  • France – Brasserie de la Goutte D’Or
  • Italy – Birrificio Italiano
  • Spain – La Pirata
  • Germany – BRLO
  • Norway – Amundsen
  • Austria – Bevog
  • Sweden – Brewski
  • Netherlands – Oedipus
  • Denmark – To Øl

*Please note you’ll need a current, valid passport in order to travel at short notice.

We love the fact that with each passing day we gain more international beery ambassadors into our ranks. If you’d liketo see us build a kick-ass BrewDog BrewPub in your country, or would love to head to our gaff to collaborate on a mind-bending beer with the likes of BRLO, Yellow Belly or To Øl, then let us know.

European Equity Punks – head to this link on the forum for more details on the collabs! And don’t forget that shares in BrewDog cost £23.75 each, and the minimum investment is 2 shares for £47.50. You can download our prospectus online here. Equity for Punks V has been extended until October 15th, 2018. Cheers to you, Equity Punks of Europe!
