Sixpoint Releasing Hootie and Hootie-Hoo Cans 12/11

Sixpoint Releasing Hootie and Hootie-Hoo Cans 12/11We brought you a peek and now this from Sixpoint:

This month’s can release is going to seriously turn heads. We’re talking about a real hootenanny!
December marks the first formulations fully designed by our new Chief Product Officer Eric Bachli. Our Product Team is building out a ridiculous pipeline of new beer concepts for this month and beyond. Some of these pilot formulations will be available for sampling at the official Saturdaypickup. Buckle up!

This month’s releases at the brewery are Hootie and Hootie-Hoo, a pair of hop-forward, hazy beers with huge hop aromas and light bitterness. As a reminder, these are only available through the Sixpoint App and go on sale Monday 12/11 at noon. The official release party is Saturday, 12/16 from 10am-4pm. If you can’t make it, we have alternate pickup windows (with less fanfare) on 12/18 and 12/19, from 4pm-7pm.

Let’s start with Hootie-Hoo. It’s a hazy, bright pale ale hopped with Amarillo, Citra, and Centennial. That blend of strains creates a potent, but light and fresh, hop aroma. Satisfying, but still real easy to gulp.

Hootie comes in hot, with lush and super ripe notes from Galaxy, Citra, and Mandarina Bavaria hops. It’s an absolute tropical bomb with an aroma you can smell from Smith and 9th Street. “A Real Hoot!”
