Stone Mission Warehouse Sour - Apricot Limited Bottle Release Details
(4-pack of 11.2oz bottles)
  • Price per 4-pack: $32 (including all taxes and fees)
  • Style: Sour Ale with Apricots
  • Alc/Vol: 8.7%
  • Limit: 4

For the better part of the past two years, we've been quietly working on an ambitious new project and patiently waiting for it to be ready for you to get your hands on. These exclusive 4-packs were brewed with 500 pounds of apricots squeezed into just four barrels of beer throughout different stages in the 18-month process. This is a very limited, one-time release that you won't want to miss out on.

A base brew was soured, then blended with barrel-aged barley wine and a highly-hopped, high-ABV, barrel-aged triple, both of which were aged with three strains of Brettanomyces yeast. The result is an incredible 8.7% ale that is perfect to drink now, but will hold up and mature beautifully over time.

The nose is heavy with fresh apricot, complex aromas of mild funk typical of sour beer, and structured acidity. You can taste flavors of fresh and preserved apricot, bright acidity with some hints of sharper acidity and funky Brettanomyces flavors that add nuance but don’t overwhelm the beer. The finish on this beer is very long, intended to leave a lasting impression.

You are able to purchase up to four (4) 4-packs of Stone Mission Warehouse Sour – Apricot bottles. Each 4-pack costs $32 (prices include Eventbrite service fees, credit card processing fee, CRV & sales tax).

With the purchase of each 4-pack, you’ll receive one (1) taster of Stone Mission Warehouse Sour – Apricot at your designated pick-up location (subject to availability).
