Sixpoint Adding NEW Hootie Hazy American Pale Ale Cans (Hootie Hoo)

Sixpoint Adding NEW Hootie Hazy American Pale Ale Cans

This morning you get your very first look at another new can coming from Sixpoint Brewery in Brooklyn, NY.  This is Hootie and it will be a hazy American pale ale.  This Hootie-Hoo will fly in at a sessionable 4.8%-AbV & 5 IBU and you’re looking at the 12oz can.  I’ll be interested to see if the 5 IBU is a typo or this is somehow not very hoppy…stay tuned on that one.

This beer will go on sale 12/11 with a pick up date of 12/16 and it is the first beer that Eric Bachli has created for Sixpoint Red Hook.  They list the actual beer as 7.5%-AbV and 22 IBU so I expect an updated label.  This beer will be released with Hootie Hoo Hazy American pale ale (5.4%-AbV, 5 IBU)
