Avery Fimbulvvinter Coming To Barrel-Aged Series

Today we have another new Barrel-Aged Series beer with a name that just rolls off your tongue.  This is Fimbulvvinter  from Avery Brewing in Boulder, CO and it will be the 49th release in the Barrel-Aged Series.  This is a Belgian-style “Quintuple” and it uses Belgian yeast and it will be aged in Rum barrels.  Look for Fimbulvvinter to hit 15%-AbV and it will be packaged in 12oz bottles (1400 cases).  Stay tuned here for release info.  The updated label below was approved at 16.9%-ABV and 1388 cases.image
