Derek Gallanosa first started his brewing career at Karl Strauss in San Diego where he was born and raised. In 2014, he then left to help start Abnormal Beer Co as their Head Brewer. Quickly making a name for himself for his IPAs and Imperial Stouts, Derek went on to spread his love for beer throughout the world by pouring and collaborating at beer fest and breweries across the world.
