Tasting Notes:
At 6.9% ABV, this medium-bodied stout is black in color with a large, lingering tan head, creamy mouthfeel, and intense roasted coffee flavors and aromas. A cold steeping technique combined with Café Racer XXX's 865cc gourmet coffee (roasted locally in Baltimore) prevents any acidic or astringent flavors.
