Weyerbacher Adding Festeweizen Cans

Weyerbacher Adding Festweizen CansYes that’s a map of Easton, PA on the can and yes you’re looking at another new brew coming from Weyerbacher Brewing in Easton, PA.  This is Festeweizen and it appears to be a wheat-based fest-style beer that drives in at 5%-AbV.  This looks to be the 12oz can and stay tuned for fall release info.  Based on the AbV and style, This appears to be a re-make of Brewers Select Series Golf but stay tuned on that one.  Here’s the Golf commercial description from WeyerbacherA Brewer’s Select Series, Golf is a fest-weisse hybrid or ‘Festeweizen.’ It will weigh in at 5.0% and is made with Munich, Wheat, and CaraVienna malts and Spalt hops.
