HIGHLAND PARK BREWERY COLLABORATIONS, 10 YEARS AND TODAY, NOW ON TAP

Today, we have two new collaborative beers on draft from Offshoot Beer Co. and Highland Park Brewery at both Tasting Rooms!

• 10 Years is a hazy Citra DIPA named in honor of the first meeting of our founders/brewers and the birth of Citra hops (as HBC 394) 10 years ago. This ode to Citra features 100% Citra hops from over 10 different farms. Brewed with Pearl malt, Extra Pale Pils malt, Rolled Oats, Oat Malt and Carafoam. Fermented with London III yeast.

• Today is a dry-hopped pils featuring Motueka, Callista, Ariana, Saaz, Southern Cross and Mosaic hops. Brewed with Barke Pils and Extra Pale Premium Pils malt. Fermented with German Lager yeast.
