From The Bruery:
We have two new small-batch releases from The Bruery pilot brewing system.
Retour Au Travail
The story of this French-style pale ale draws inspiration from local malting facilities near Reims, grape vines doting hillsides destined for Champagne, the old oak trees of the Argon Forest used for fashioning wine barrels, the water profile in Paris and popular styles in the region (namely saisons, biere de gardes and new French craft IPAs). The sources of inspiration were also points of passing and interest for our experimental brewer, where he spent his honeymoon and wrote this recipe. Brewed on Bastille Day, this beer features French Pale Ale Malt, rolled oats, French Strisselspalt hops and the water profile from Paris. It was fermented cold with French Saison yeast and lagered for 2 weeks, emerging as dry, rustically bitter, effervescent and refreshing. Now available by the glass and growler to-go!
Shake This: Orange Smoothie
