This morning I’m bringing you your first peek at two new Collab Series collaborations coming from Mikkeller San Diego. First up is Bohr and it is a collaboration with Cigar City Brewing in Tampa, FL. This beer is a stout brewed with raisins and spice and the beer hits 9.4%-AbV. This is the 750ml bottle and stay tuned here for release details. Next we have Dirac and it is also a stout brewed with raisins and spice that hits 9.4%-AbV (750ml bottle). For those that aren’t into physics (aka most people), Bohr is a tribute to Danish physicist Niels Henrik David Bohr (1922 Nobel Price In Physics) and Dirac refers to English physicist Paul Dirac.
