Here we have a new bog bottle coming from Two Rivers Brewing in Easton, PA. This is Sadie Greene’s Peach Juice and it is an American-style peach wild ale that uses their house saison yeast. This beer is aged in Sauvignon Blanc wine barrels with 12 strains of brettanomyces then blended with 500-pounds of local peaches from Scholl Orchards in oak foedres. Named for Delaware Inn proprietor Sadie Green, this beer will be packaged in 750ml bottles and come in at 7%-AbV. Stay tuned for release info.
