102.7 WEBN, Cincinnati’s Rock Station, announced today a new partnership with Braxton Brewing Company to name its Short Fuse Grapefruit Pale Ale as the official beer of the 2017 Western & Southern / WEBN Fireworks. Short Fuse is brewed with Centennial, Cascade and Chinook hops for floral and citrus notes. Brewed with fresh grapefruit, this citrus pale ale pairs perfectly with the bright night sky. Checking in at 5% ABV and 50 IBU you can enjoy Short Fuse all summer long.
The Official Launch Party will feature a live remote broadcast by WEBN’s The KiddChris Show. Attendees will be the first to be able to purchase six packs of the limited edition Pale Ale and try it on draft. In addition, attendees will be eligible for special giveaways with prizes including: VIP experiences at the Western & Southern / WEBN Fireworks, official fireworks t-shirts, and meet and greet opportunities with on-air personalities from 102.7 WEBN, iHeartMedia Cincinnati and staff members from Braxton Brewery Company.
As Official Beer partner of the Western & Southern / WEBN Fireworks, Braxton Brewing Company will give patrons the opportunity to purchase Short Fuse at various Western & Southern / WEBN Fireworks preliminary events including:
- Monday, July 31, 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Incline Public House in Cincinnati, OH
- Friday, August 11, 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. at Molly Malone’s Irish Pub & Restaurant in Covington, KY
- Saturday, August 26, 9:00 – 11:00 p.m. at Smoke Justis in Covington, KY
- Sunday, August 27, 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. at Jefferson Social in Cincinnati, OH
The grapefruit pale ale will also be available your local Kroger store, other retailers and bar/restaurants throughout greater Cincinnati starting Saturday, July 8.
