From Weyerbacher:
Weyerbacher Brewing was founded in 1995 in a livery stable in downtown Easton, Pennsylvania. From their humble beginnings in the livery stable to the approximately 30,000 square foot facility Weyerbacher currently calls home, the brewery has always been dedicated to making bold, innovative beers that challenge style boundaries.
To celebrate their 22nd anniversary, Weyerbacher is hosting a bash at the brewery this Saturday, June 24th from 1 pm until 6 pm, as well as a special VIP hour for Jester’s Court members from 12 pm until 1 pm. The festivities will include fun and games throughout the day, as well as food from Couch Potadoh, Mad Sandwiches, The Tot Cart and Trè Locally Sourced. Live music from Paul Knakk from 12 pm until 2 pm, followed by Philadelphia Funk Authority from 3 pm until 6 pm.
Tickets are $25 per person in advance and include a souvenir cup plus first beer. Tickets can be purchased online at weyerbacher.com, as well as at The Tap Room at Weyerbacher Brewing. Online ticket sales will close on Thursday, June 22nd at 6 pm. Tickets are limited. Tickets purchased at the door are $30 and do not include the souvenir cup.
Weyerbacher will also be releasing their 22nd Anniversary beer. Let's get some French toast! This big brew is rich & malt-forward with a complex backbone of specialty malts, spices and orange peel. Sweet, bready, caramel flavors should prevail along with hints of smoke, spice and citrus. Liquid version of a classic breakfast… In Weyerbacher’s traditional celebratory fashion, this stout comes in at 11.1% ABV. Available in 12 oz. bottles and on draft, look for 22 in bars and restaurants, as well as on shelves throughout Weyerbacher’s distribution area. It will be available at The Tap Room at Weyerbacher Brewing beginning June 24th.
