You've probably (ok, definitely) heard us yammering on about freshness and how important that is for great beer. First: sorry, not sorry. And second: we're not done. That's what True Independent Craft is about.

We talked with our Director of Brewing & Supply Chain Quality, Thomas Tweedy, about everything we do to make sure you get the best, freshest beer possible.
