A variation on our Gose, Scratch #283 benefits from the addition of fresh boysenberries. A cross between a raspberry and blackberry, this maroon sweet-and-tart berry plays nicely with the zesty flavors of sea salt, coriander and orange peel to deliver a delicious burst of mouth-puckering joy.
