Stone Berlin & The Bruery Collaborate On Fahrt Die Ziege (Strawberry & Blueberry)

Today we get to see groundbreaking collaboration No 7 coming from Stone Berlin,  This is Fahrt Die Ziegt and it is a collaboration with The Bruery.  This imperial wheat ale is brewed with strawberries and the name translates to “Ride The Goat.”  This beer is aged in 4 months, then brewed again, this time with fresh strawberries.   The beer is then blended 2/3 aged and 1/2 fresh.   The recipe is loosely based on The Bruery’s Ride The Goat and this beer will hit 9.8%-AbV.  This is the 650ml bottle and stay tuned for release details.  The version below is brewed with blueberries.
