Upland Sour Ales - Panorama Barrel-Aged Sour, Oak Brux, Reflection & Luminary

imageThis is Panorama from Upland Sour Ales in Bloomington, IN.  This beer is part of the Spontaneous Project and it is a blend of Sky and Forest.  The yeast was cultivated at the Scenic View Lodge and Hickory Ridge Fire Tower in Hoosier National Forest and the beer will be packaged in 750ml bottles.  Stay tuned for AbV and release details.   We also have Oak Brux 100% brett barrel-aged sour, Reflection (blend of Creek & Quarry) & Luminary ale aged in oak barrels on pineapple, peach & persimmon.
