This is Isla Estrana and it is a saison brewed with juniper, pine and red bay as well as NC & SC grains (Seashore black rye, Indigo blue corn, Jimmy red corn, Farro wheat, 2-row & 6-row barley).. This barrel-aged Michigan sour beer hits 7.2%-AbV and this is the 750ml bottle.
