Perennial Artisan Ales & The Wine And Cheese Place Collaborate On Citra Paradisi

imageThis is Citra Paradisi and it is a dry-hopped Belgian-style ale brewed with grapefruit and fermented with brettanomyces.  This beer is brewed to celebrate the 35th anniversary of The Wine And Cheese Place in Saint Louis, MO and the beer will be packaged in 750ml bottles.  Look for Citra Paradisi to hit 5%-AbV and stay tuned for release details.
