You're invited to the brewery for the 4th Edition of our Off-Line Series! We'll be releasing for the first time ever our Double Galactic Farmhouse SMaSH. This Single Malt (Pilsner), Single Hop (Galaxy), Double IPA fermented with Belgian Blaugies farmhouse yeast, is an assertive yet balanced DIPA that will be available in bottles for one-day-only: Saturday, March 11th. This is your one and only chance to pick up a six pack or case before this unique brew disappears forever. Our private tasting room will be open all afternoon with 22 brews on draft, including a few prototypes, and we'd love to hear your feedback on them!
Double Galactic Farmhouse SMaSh, Tasting Notes:
True to the Single Malt and Single Hop format, this beer is brewed with Pilsner malt, Galaxy hops and fermented with Blaugies yeast creating a blend of passion fruit, apricot, and citrus flavors and aromas that last through to a crisp, refreshing finish. This vibrant combination of fruit flavors masks a robust 8.4% ABV. that will have you feeling out of this world.
