BOYNTON BEACH, FL - 02/22/17 - Due South Brewing Company has entered into a partnership with The Ballpark of the Palm Beaches for the inaugural 2017 season to become the craft beer partner of The Ballpark.
This brand new state-of-the-art facility offers a 6,500 seat stadium as its centerpiece, with a 360-degree concourse, suites and party areas in which to enjoy an all-encompassing Spring Training experience.
Due South Brewing Co.’s beers will be available for every game at the left field and home plate bars, in addition to being on tap at the Due South Party Deck, an impressive 100 seat second-level area that is the ultimate spot for enjoying a day at the park.
“We're really excited to be partnering with the Ballpark of the Palm Beaches and bringing great local beer to the new stadium,” Due South Brewing’s owner Mike Halker explained. “The Due South Party Deck is going to be the place to be during spring training this year.”
Fans of baseball and craft beer will be able to enjoy the Boynton Beach brewery’s iconic Caramel Cream Ale, a light and crisp beer with a touch of specialty caramel malts and hand-cut vanilla beans, as well as their signature Category 3 IPA, an India pale ale full of wonderfully aromatic American hops from the Pacific Northwest. In addition, Caramel Cream Ale will be featured in the beer cheese available across the park.
“We are thrilled to feature the Due South Party Deck for the inaugural season at The Ballpark of the Palm Beaches,” Ballpark General Manager Brady Ballard shared. “We look forward to featuring Due South product throughout our venue and showcasing a great local brewery to fans from all over.”
“A great baseball experience deserves an equally great beer,” said Brian Tonnessen, Due South Brewing’s Regional Director of Sales. “The Partnership between Due South and The Ballpark of the Palm Beaches provides both of these in one convenient package. This should be a really exciting year for the fans!”----
