The DuClaw Brewing Team’s love of spices and herbs lead them to challenge the typical Belgian Wit flavor profile and create… Mysterium! This medium-bodied, light amber ale, features a moderate 5% ABV, subtle malt and hop profiles that support a complex, spicy blend of cardamom, chamomile, grains of paradise, and subtle fruit flavors from traditional Belgian Wit yeast. It’s a mystery that you’ll want to savor instead of solve.
