Council Brewing Humming Wires Cans Coming 1/14

Join us in the Tasting Room on Saturday, January 14th at 11am for a special can release, “Humming Wires.” In collaboration with Alvarado Street Brewing we took a new approach to IPA. A portion of this beer was kettle soured to produce a light kiss of acidity, followed by a generous dry hop of Mosaic, Hallertau Blanc, & Amarillo, resulting in a beer with juicy notes of overripe papaya, white grape, peach, and mandarin orange.

RELEASE DETAILS
This is a tasting room only release, first come first serve. We will not be reserving cans or selling online. Make sure you get to the tasting room early on Saturday, January 14th, to secure your cans. Price per Pack: $18 per 4 pack (16 oz. cans).
