Cascade Brewing - Sang Du Chene (And NEW Branding)

image

Here’s an interesting new bottle and packaging design coming soon from Cascade Brewing in Portland, OR.  This is Sand du Chene and it is blonde & tripel ales aged in oak casks.  The beer name translates to “beer of the oak” and the beer is aged in multiple oak vessels (toasted French & American oak puncheons, Cognac Brandy hogsheads and wine foudres) before being blended.  This beer hits 9%-AbV and you’re looking at the new 750ml bottle.  Stay tuned here for release info.

For those asking, we are normally ahead of the actual release of the packaging we publish and in this case a bit ahead of the rebranding.  For what it’s worth, Cascade did recently change their Twitter account avatar to the image below…so it’s coming.
