Without further ado, we present to you six packs of Red Velvet Nitro Stout....our first bottled nitro beer!
In the brewery, we've been geeking out over this beer ever since it was first developed in R&D...a stout that doesn't look like a stout, named after a cake, and brewed with beets (!) and chocolate? We must have lost our minds. The result was a beer that perfectly replicated the dessert many of us love, with a bright red color (thanks, beets), rich chocolate flavor and aroma, and a creaminess from the nitro reminiscent of icing. But unlike the cake, it's surprisingly light and not too sweet; perfect for subbing beer for dessert.
Now in a bottle, you can take Red Velvet home with you. To maximize the nitro experience, we recommend pouring with purpose - flipping the bottle upside down and pouring quickly. Watch a video of the technique HERE.
