This is Glocal IPA from Utepils Brewing in Minneapolis, MN.  This Belgian-style IPA hits 6.5%-AbV & 81 IBU and you’re looking at the 16oz can.  We also have their Pils Czech-style pilsner (5%-AbV, 37 IBU).
