Brewery For Sale We are looking at possible selling our Brewery. We are located in the heart of Oregon's Wine Country. Our operation consists of a 3.5bbl brew house, two 7bbl fermenters, two 7bbl brite tanks, one 3.5 bbl fermenter, outdoor walk in cooler, fully furnished taproom that includes two 5 keg draft dispensers. All parts, pumps, grain mill, and anything else required to operate are included in the sale. We will also help facilitate transferring the lease of the building over. We have a strong customer base in the area and do some limited distributing which could easily be expanded. We are Asking $150K or best reasonable offer.
