Here’s another “hop forward big IPA” coming to the U.S. from TO0L beer.  This is !!!PA Simcoe & Mosaic and it is a triple IPA that uses fresh Mosaic and Simcoe hops.  This beer will coming big at 13%-AbV and it will be packaged in 11.2oz bottles at DeProef.

We also have Brett And Butter table beer fermented with Brettanomyces and dry-hopped with Mosaic (3.6%-AbV).
