Here’s a new collaboration coming from Off COlor, Perennial Artisan Ale, Side Project and Northdown Taproom.  This is ProCatsTination  (aka Pro Cats Tination or Procatstination) and it is a wine barrel-aged wild ale.  This beer uses Nugget & Kazbek hops as well as 2015 Procatsination barrel lees and it is packaged in 750ml bottles.  Look for ProCatsTination to hit 8.5%-AbV and 15 IBU and stay tuned here for release details.
