This is Provisional Funk w/Plums from Free Will Brewing in Perkasie, PA and it is a Brett saison with Shiro and Methley plums (from Weiser Orchards) added.    This beer is aged in French oak wine barrels for 1 year before being packaged in 16.9oz bottles.  Look for Provisional Funk w/Plums to hit 8.9%-AbV.
