Hypnotized Bottle & Draft Release Thursday!
We love how the the yeast, bacteria, and raspberries from Ensorcelled influence the flavor profile of Hypnotized, our red sour aged in unrinsed Ensorcelled barrels. With notes of raspberry tea and lemon tarts, our first Echo Series bottle release has us in a trance. Get it on draft and in bottles while supplies last this Thursday at 4PM in our Tasting Room. Limit (2) per person at $23/750mL each.
2016 Ambassadors of Sour…Afterlight, your 2nd bottle release is ready for you!
Afterlight is a dark sour beer aged in French Bordeaux wine barrels. Fermented with Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus, this decadent sour beer presents notes of dark chocolate, dried cherries and vanilla. Dark and alluring, Afterlight entwines flavors of both beer and wine.
