Flying Fish - Pescado Dorado II - Tequila Barrel Aged

This is Flying Fish Pescado Dorado and this is the second installment in this unique collaboration.  For this beer Flying Fish collaborated with Jose Cuervo tequila, aging the beer in barrels that formerly held tequila.  The first release focused on hops and this release will feature a malty Belgian-style golden ale infused with apricot and saffron.  Once the beer is ready, Jose Cuervo will reuse the barrels to make a limited edition Ale Cask Finish version of their Tradicional tequila.  This is a 750ml bottle and the beer hits 8%-AbV.
